Why Practice?

It’s crucial we set time aside daily toward living intentionally. A daily practice puts us in touch with habitual thoughts and attitudes that impact negatively on our lives. Continued practice directs our attention and action towards openness and connectedness. Our interpersonal relationships become stronger, healthier and more meaningful.

Eddie and Suzanne will co-teach this 3 hour workshop integrating their skills in yoga with some resistance stretching, meditation, and psycho-spiritual inquiry.
