Gina McCotter

Gina McCotter, RYT-200, has studied over 20 years with a variety of excellent hatha yoga teachers in the Iyengar and Anusara yoga traditions. Several years of focused practice and teacher training followed. She has been teaching since 2005, sharing heart-centered, body-positive yoga classes with students of all ages and abilities. Classes include precise alignment and breath instruction, the use of props, and an invitation to slow down and pay attention to both the joys AND the challenges of regular yoga and meditation practice. A California native, gina lived in the Northwest for many years before happily relocating to Santa Barbara in 2012. She is married with four children in high school and college. She loves to cook and hike and read about Julia Child.
