Al’s classes combine mindfulness meditation, active stretching, and traditional hatha yoga postures and sequences. Each class is different, but all are done at a slow, strong, and steady pace — and to a good soundtrack. His intention is to offer an eclectic but focused practice that is accessible to students of all levels, from all walks of life.
