Annie Guthrie

I love the way yoga helps me stay calm, composed, and able to handle the stresses in my everyday life. I have been practicing yoga since 2014, and thanks to my years as a competitive athlete, I now teach a strong advanced yoga flow. Each class is balanced with heat, consistent breath work, and gentle ease. 

I started taking my 200-hour yoga teacher training at YogaSoup in 2020 after regularly taking classes there. Now that I’ve completed my training, I continue to dive deeper into my personal yoga practice every day. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and yoga experience with you.
