Amber was instantly hooked after attending her first yoga class in 2006. Since that time her journey of self-discovery led her to complete her 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher certification with Susi Amendola in Omaha, Nebraska. Amber is also a holistic life coach for women with chronic pain and anxiety. She believes that connection with self is the most important journey we can undergo in life. Following her own natural curiosity she completed certifications in holistic nutrition, somatic trauma therapy and mind/body coaching.
Amber’s classes focus on self-care, soothing anxiety and recovery from stress. She incorporates slow, methodical movement and breathwork with practical tools to help the nervous system relax and release energy that has built up over time. Her weekly women’s circle is a safe space for self-discovery and sacred conversation with amazing women who are also on the journey of healing and wholeness.
