Jazmin’s early introduction to yoga taught her the importance of caring for the body and cultivating an open mind. She believes that by practicing yoga, we can deepen the connection with ourselves, the people around us, and the natural world we are a part of.
Jazmin studied and completed her 200-hour teacher training at the White Lotus Foundation with Ganga White and Tracy Rich. Most recently, she completed an additional 100-hour advanced teacher training in New York City with world-renowned teachers Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee. Jazmin’s committed exploration of what it means to live a wholesome, fulfilling life continues to evolve, refinee, fold and unfold alongside her students.
Jazmin teaches a strong, inspired flow. Each class is a unique, challenging, and playful moving mediation. She emphasizes breath, the natural state of impermanence, and the underlying rhythms of the unknown. Awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility are woven into fluid sequences, motivating an inner exploration of body, mind, and spirit. Students have the opportunity to move and energize, breathe, and restore.
