Sascha Liebowitz is a longtime yoga practitioner on and off the mat. Her class is designed to help people notice their own patterns of thought, movement, and vibration, and slowly move in the direction of more helpful ways of being with themselves as they are. As Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” The mat provides a safe space for risk-taking and transformation, where together we get to practice cultivating patience, tolerance, kindness, and love to ourselves as we move through healthy physical challenges. With practice we strengthen our ability to manifest these precious qualities more reliably and skillfully as we navigate life, relationships, situations, and their inevitable challenges. Sascha completed her yoga teacher training at Yoga Soup. She is also a member of the New York and California Bar Associations.
