Kendall inspires her students to build trust in their resilient bodies, minds and hearts. She encourages her students to challenge their perceived and very real boundaries both inside and out, and creates a generous, magical and safe container to explore mindfulness, laughter, love and alignment. Her contagious laughter and zest for life reminds her students to take this practice of life seriously, but not too seriously.
Dr. Kendall is a teacher through and through, and she has been writing *mostly* love letters to yoga for over 17 years. She completed her Naturopathic Doctorate at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 2009, so she cannot help but infuse her classes with naturopathic wisdom and awareness.
Dr. Kendall has studied with many master yoga teachers, including Tias and Surya Little, Lisa Black, Todd Jackson, Paul Grilley, Doug Keller, Baron Baptiste and the teachers at Yoga Soup. She combines her love of yoga, meditation and mindset with Classical Chinese Medicine, craniosacral bodywork, intuition, anatomy and physiology, outdoor athletic pursuits and being human to inform her classes and teachings.
