In this time of creativity, we find more time to slow down and train our minds in the contemplative traditions. Please join Suzanne in this daylong retreat in the refuge of your own home. In our virtual retreat, with zoom technology, we will combine yoga practices with seated meditation and teachings of Buddhist Psychology.
All who participate will share a time grid to come together in our practices. We will also have set time for self reflection and self care. At the end of our day we will have time to share about our experiences.
