“Toning” fires up the right temporal lobe of our brain, releasing endorphins that make us healthier, happier and more creative. It also releases endorphins and oxytocin – which in turn relieve anxiety and stress and which are linked to feelings of trust and bonding.
When we use sound, resonance and tone to navigate our energetic, structural, and emotional states within the asanas, practice takes on a rich multi-dimensional awareness that adds depth, aliveness, and can be used as kriyas (cleansing tools).
This workshop will give insight into sounds used well for bringing resonance to particular areas and organs in the body, as well as how to incorporate vocal healing practices into your personal sadhana at home.
Join Terra for a vibrant practice open to all levels, and discover YOUR own inner richness and UNIQUE VOICE within YOUR YOGA.
