What does yoga teach us about our relationship to money?
How can we extend our yoga practice into our finances?
The Gita, Sutras and many other contemplative texts have shown us the road map to successful and sustainable investment and money management. We will tap into that advice and explore how we can use it to our advantage in the seemingly complex world of investment and money, while deepening our own well-being and preserving the environment.
In this workshop, we will explore how we might optimize our earning potential drawing on the lessons of yogic philosophy. We’ll have the opportunity to share our stories and questions with the group, engage in a short asana practice, before closing with a visualization and yoga nidra.
Cost: Aligning with the process of bringing mindfulness to money, students will determine what they’d like to pay upon completion of the class.
