Create a spiritual practice with your food!

Intended for those wishing to extend mindfulness onto their plate and improve their relationship with food, we’ll explore specific techniques that will not only help you manage weight, improve digestive health and dissolve stress but will also deepen your connection with your body and the planet.

From creating a sacred space to selecting ingredients, to optimizing your digestive capabilities, we’ll explore an array of simple but potent daily tools you can put to use immediately to improve your overall health.

We’ll also discuss other modalities to assist you in your journey towards mindful eating, including the use of aromatherapy and essential oils, pranayama (breathwork) and even sound therapies to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and enhance your ‘rest & digest’ capabilities.
