Terra Gold, M.A., L.Ac.
Terra has been leading classes for over two decades, is a yoga therapist, licensed acupuncturist, and clinically trained nutritionist, with an allied professional degree in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP). As co-creator and director of the Yoga and the Healing Sciences Teacher Training Program at Loyola Marymount University, and the co-author of Yoga Therapy and Integrative Medicine: Where Ancient Science Meets Modern Medicine, Terra is dedicated to educating people on the uses of yogic therapies for deep healing.

Len Van Nostrand, M.A., Certified Coach, Owner of Full Spectrum Recovery & Counseling.
For over 30 years, Len has devoted his career to developing a comprehensive understanding of the processes of change and the spectrum of addictive behaviors. An effective facilitator, Len provides alternative and practical client-centered solutions. His refreshing, unique approach is pragmatic while empowering those who are seeking to expand their life in moving beyond recovery.
