One of four most important days in the calendar year an equinox is an equaling of energies and a chance to balance your highest highs and lowest lows. We all know that feeling when we have balance in our lives and it comes from having balance within ourselves. Kundalini yoga and meditation is a tool to bring awareness into your life. With the Earth’s natural cycle coming into an energetic balance, our awareness of this subtle pressure heightens our opportunity to ride along. There is no better time to jump start your practice and take your year to the next level. Come level up with us as we balance and celebrate the abundance of Spring.
In this workshop we’ll knock down obstacles, subconscious and conscious, that may keep you from your inner alignment and prosperity with the help of Kundalini kriyas, a long meditation and restorative gong yoga nidra to harmonize all your energies. This event is co-hosted by the tremendous Kundalini duo Mitsuko and Dollianne.

About the Facilitators:
Growing up in Santa Barbara, Dollianne was lucky to live down the street from Santa Barbara Yoga Center where she began taking classes at the age of 14. Since then she has pursued her passion for yoga and Buddhist Studies by completing her degree from UCSB in South East Asian Religions, taking two trips to Asia studying with inspirational teachers in meditation and yoga, completing her 200 hour Anusara Yoga teacher training in 2011, 250 hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Evolation Yoga Studio in 2016, and undertook her latest journey to be Kundalini yoga certified with RaMa Institute in 2017. Yoga has been a constant in her life through its ups and downs including her battle with cancer in 2013. Her classes infuse the many teachings into a creative and fun space for the students to slow down, observe, and feel safe to explore their inner landscape.
Mitsuko Conner Newlan:
Mitsuko’s lifetime search for a yoga practice that would bring her to a state of inner peace, brought her to Kundalini Yoga. After taking a handful of classes in the winter of 2010, she went through the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program, that changed her entire understanding of yoga and the self, and had been teaching ever since.
The motivational stories that her students share with her on how this practice has fundamentally changed their lives, resonates with her experience of this practice, and continues to inspire her to keep up with her daily personal practice and teach 6 days week.
