To truly know ourselves, we need to be aware of what we are thinking, feeling, and sensing in our body. When we process our embodied states and experiences with others (verbally and non-verbally), we begin to develop the capacity for mindfulness, self-awareness, and empathy, as well as the ability to understand our relationships with others and the world.
For six weeks, Suzanne and Emily will guide a small group of participants through an exploration of their lived bodily experiences. Incorporating yoga, experiential exercises, and talk therapy, this group process will integrate thoughts, feelings, and sensations to give participants the opportunity to learn about themselves and others in a safe and supportive environment.
