Radhule Weininger, MD, Ph.D., clinical psychologist and teacher of Buddhist meditation and Buddhist psychology, is the founder and guiding teacher of the One Dharma Sangha as well as the resident teacher of mindfulness practice at the La Casa de Maria Retreat Center in Santa Barbara, California. She mentored by Jack Kornfield in her teaching and by Joanna Macy in her interest in Engaged Buddhism. Radhule has a strong interest in the direct experience of the sacred and how this can inspire our service to others. Her book “Heartwork: The Path of Self-compassion”, with a forward by Jack Kornfield was published in July 2017 by Shambala Publications.
Emily Benaron has over 13 years of yoga teaching experience. Her teaching blends together the traditions of yoga and yoga therapy with anatomy, modern movement science, neuroscience, and mindfulness practices. It is Emily’s intention to guide students to deepen sensory, psychological, and spiritual awareness, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the body and mind. Emily teaches holistic yoga practices that support multi- dimensional wellness balancing the nervous system, cultivating physical strength, resilience, and mobility while creating connection with one’s personal strengths, inner resources, and compassion for self and others.
Emily is a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, an E-RYT 500, a CAMTC Licensed Massage Practitioner, NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, a Certified Roll Model Practitioner, and a Certified Wellness Coach.
