This workshop will teach you self-care techniques for your hips through yoga, movement, and The Roll Model® Method. Empower yourself by developing a deeper understanding of your muscles and fascia, restore healthy joint mobility, and learn tools for strengthening. You will leave this workshop with a new knowledge of self-care. This class is suitable for all levels. CE’s available for Yoga Teachers.
