This workshop will teach you self-care techniques using The Roll Model Method®,
yoga, and mobility training. This is a perfect workshop to improve range of motion,
strength, body awareness, and to find relief for unnecessary muscle tension and
discomfort. Empower yourself by developing a deeper understanding of your
muscles and fascia, restore healthy joint mobility, breathe better, and learn tools for relaxation. You will leave this workshop with a new knowledge of self-care. This
class is suitable for all levels and eligible for CE’s for yoga teachers.
