Join Emily for a fun and nourishing afternoon learning self-care techniques using The Roll Model Method® combined with yoga and movement. Empower yourself by developing a deeper understanding of your muscles and fascia, restore healthy joint mobility, develop deeper body awareness, breathe better, and learn tools for relaxation. You will leave this workshop with a new knowledge of self-care. This class is suitable for all levels and eligible for CE’s for yoga teachers.

Emily is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and an E-RYT 500. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, FRC Mobility Specialist, and is certified in The Roll Model Method ®-The Science of Rolling and The Roll Model Method®- Ball Sequencing and Innovation.
