Chloe has studied with many teachers and is currently training in Radiant Heart Qigong with Teja Bell. She has been teaching yoga for 22 years, and has studied meditation for 11, mainly in the Theravada tradition of Vipassana via Spirit Rock. She is also an Embodiment Teacher in the Philip Shepherd tradition. In 2013 she did her first month long silent meditation retreat, and Byron Katie’s School for the Work. She is a member of the Teachers Council of Roaring Fork Insight. She has found her deepest calling getting out of her head, and deeply absorbed into the easeful, ecstatic, moving meditation of Qigong. She seeks not to fix or change or educate anyone, but to support others to come home to their true nature; to connect with their own effortless wisdom, peace, and wholeness- to remember who they really are.
Britta Gudmunson is a holistic wellness coach, yogi, and musical medicine woman. She specializes in helping yoga & meditation practitioners who struggle with energy, anxiety and weight to relieve stress, feel vital and weigh what they want without dieting, drugs or stimulants. The published author of “Eat Here Now: a bite-sized guide to ritualize your life, nourish your body and feed your spirit” and delights in showing clients how mindfulness can transform their well-being, inside and out. She has a particular gift for creating a safe space for her clients to heal. She is also a musician, a sound healer, and the co-creator of the inCourage Chorus in Santa Barbara, a non-audition community choir lifting the collective spirit through musical activism.
