Along with warmth, cheer and celebration, the holidays also often come with stress, massive sugar consumption and over-indulgence that leaves us feeling lethargic and heavy in the aftermath.
Join us to create a fail-proof plan for avoiding the same old traps of stress, anxiety, and over-eating. Learn practical mindfulness techniques that will help you stay sane, find peace and even thrive moving into the new year!
Come with paper and pen to take notes, wear comfortable clothes and bring any specific questions or concerns you’d like solutions for!
We’ll do some moving around the room, some light pranayama (breathing) and some mindful chewing!
You are also welcome to stay for Britta’s ‘Revive & Restore’ yoga class afterward to round out a mindful evening! The class is from 5:45-7pm, and features aromatherapy, a combination of restorative poses with gentle movement, and live music provided by Britta and her beloved, Ben.
