Andreina has been an avid Vipassana meditator since 2001. The principals of this mediation have been the foundation of her life. “Vipassana can be translated as “Insight,” a clear awareness of exactly what is happening as it happens.” Vipassana meditation is universal, it respects the peace and harmony of others and can be practiced by all. Its only purpose is freeing oneself from the misery of mental impurities.
