Jenn worked in health and fitness for about ten years before discovering the practice of Yoga. Since then, she has immersed herself in the study of yoga, completing a yoga, community and service program at Mount Madonna Center with master yogi Baba Hari Dass and his senior teachers, a 1000-hour training at Inbody Academy in Salt Lake with D’ana Baptiste, and an additional 200-hour training in Devi Yoga for Women in Boulder, Colorado.
Jenn encourages the acceptance of practicing gratitude. She teaches restorative, yin, peaceful flow, vinyasa flow, therapeutic yoga, women’s yoga, yoga for athletes, and aromatherapy yoga. Jenn encourages self exploration through the yoga poses and taking what you learn out into your daily life. Living yoga as a lifestyle.
