Yoga Nidra is new trend that is finding its place in yoga studios all over the world. This unique experience is fairly simple: Lie on your back, relax, while being verbally lead through your physical body, senses and a visualization. That’s it !
Why are people flocking to a Yoga Nidra practice? The end results are amazing! What Yoga Nidra does is expand the state between being consciously awake and being asleep in a dream like state. Normally, a person is in that in-between zone for only a few minutes.
This experience goes deeper. Your analytic mind is taken out of the equation to increase access to your subconscious creative mind.
This expanded state of awareness is a state that many artists and scientists have used to access elusive solutions for new concepts and ideas.What to expect:A gentle yoga warm-up to energize the body to support staying alert during the Yoga Nidra experience, but you may fall asleep anyway, and that is ok too.
Lie as still as comfortably possible while being verbally guided through your physical body, your senses and visualizations.
