Britta Gudmunson is a holistic wellness coach, yogi, and musical medicine woman.
She assists teachers, entrepreneurs and experts to attain clarity, sustainable energy and feel amazing in their bodies so they can show up with presence and confidence for their students and clients. She’s the published author of Eat Here Now: a bite-sized guide to ritualize your life, nourish your body and feed your spirit.
Currently living in the mountains of Santa Barbara, Britta offers coaching and sound healing for private clients in addition to facilitating group classes, workshops and programs designed to inspire the heart and enliven the wisdom of the body. She is the co-creator of the inCourage Chorus in Santa Barbara, a non-audition community choir lifting the collective spirit through musical activism.
