Whether you want to be more committed to work, relationships, personal goals, health, or spiritual practices commitment is the key. In this workshop you will:
• Identify your personal barriers to change

• Develop “tiny habits” to support your long-term goals
• Utilize mindfulness and acceptance skills while committing to values
