A Benefit Concert with the inCourage Chorus!
Sunday, December 16 / 2 pm / Unity Church of SB
$20 / $5 Kids (12 and under)
In honor of the winter solstice, Santa Barbara’s non-audition, non-denominational community choir is delighted to present a collection of songs devoted to the theme of light & shadow.
Join us for expressions of melody & harmony, joy & grief, dawn & dusk, laughter & contemplation… all captured in the medicine of music.
We’ve loved the journey of exploring these songs for the last 13 weeks, and can’t wait to share them with our community!
Whether you love to sing or just love to listen, you’re invited to immerse yourself in this heartfelt creative expression that we believe is every human being’s birthright.
All proceeds from this concert will benefit the Caldwell family in Paradise, CA, who’s home and possessions were entirely consumed by the recent campfire. For more information, please visit their GoFund Me page by clicking here.
Space is limited!

The inCourage Chorus was created and is led by song carriers Benjamin Gould & Britta Gudmunson, who share from the heart and facilitate song in the oral song tradition. They believe music truly is medicine, and it is also every human being’s birthright. It is their mission to bring community together in a spirit of courageous, musical expression and activism while exploring the connective instrument of voice.
Members of the Ubuntu Choir Network, Ben and Britta are graduates of the immersive Community Choir Leadership Training in Victoria, BC. They’ve been singing together for over four years and have a deep connection to the ways song can mend the heart, mind and creative spirit.
