If you’re a yoga practitioner, chances are you’re familiar and even intimate with the concept of mindfulness.
In this workshop, we will examine this word and all it’s implications from various angles, exploring the meaning of intent and attention in the realms of Breath, Action, Speech and Holding Space.
Please arrive well-rested if possible, as mindfulness requires a surprising amount of energy!
Expect to move your body, center your energy, nosh on some delicious snacks, share from your heart and practice the exquisite art of listening.

Britta Gudmunson is a heart-based holistic nourishment coach. A recent transplant from Los Angeles who now calls Santa Barbara home, Britta specializes in nutritional wellness, sound and movement therapies and essential oil plant medicine. A 200 hour registered yoga teacher and modern-day medicine woman, her practice and facilitation are based upon a whole-hearted approach to well-being. Her current motto is “forget about looking good naked; focus on feeling good naked.”
