The desire to become strong and stretchy begins on your yoga mat and also on your plate.
Take home a digestion-balancing yoga sequence and learn foundational nourishment techniques to keep your yoga practice strong. (We will answer essential questions such as good foods to incorporate into a regular yoga practice and whether or not it is a good idea to practice dancer’s pose while stirring the rice.)
This workshop is part of the Foundational Health Series where simple daily practices for long term health are explored and explained. Yoga in the Kitchen is a personal invitation to begin the daily practices of how you nourish yourself, both on and off the mat.
